Overview of the Profile Process

This process is designed to measure key behavioral traits. From those measurements we can help you identify the kind of work environment that will bring out the best in you. You're going to do a process called "The Leadership Matrix". You'll be presented with a list of 100 adjectives. The assignment is to select those words that other people have used to describe you.

Then you'll see the same list of words again., This time, select the words that you think truly describe you. When you're done with the second list, you'll can purchase your Job-Fit Profile report.
  Some Advice about Getting the Most Accurate Profile

1. Do the exercise by yourself when you won't be interrupted. Most people complete the profile in less than 10 minutes. If you let 20 minutes go by without moving forward to another screen, the system will time out and you'll have to start over.

2. Do this by yourself and without over-analyzing. A quick, candid response is the most accurate. Discussing the your responses with others during the process adversely affects the accuracy of your report.

Should your internet session be interrupted, you can return to this site with your user name and password and re-do your profile.
