Welcome to the Free Job-Fit Profile assessment process. First, enter a username and password below. Then you'll complete a short survey. When the survey is complete, take the Job-Fit Profile assessment that will help you win in job interviews and succeed in your new job. At the end you'll recieve a sample report based on your assessment. For an even deeper analysis of your profile reports you'll be able to order additional reports.
Overview of the Profile Process

This process is designed to measure key behavioral traits. From those measurements we can help you identify the kind of work environment that will bring out the best in you. You're going to do a process called "The Leadership Matrix". You'll be presented with a list of 100 adjectives. The assignment is to select those words that other people have used to describe you.

Then you'll see the same list of words again., This time, select the words that you think truly describe you.

Finally, you'll answer a series of multiple choice question about various situations. When you're done, you'll receive your free sample Job-Fit Profile report.
  Some Advice about Getting the Most Accurate Profile

1. Do the exercise by yourself when you won't be interrupted. Most people complete the profile in less than 15 minutes. If you let 20 minutes go by without moving forward to another screen, the system will time out and you'll have to start over.

2. Do it by yourself and without over-analyzing. A quick, candid response is the most accurate. Discussing your responses with others during the process adversely affects the accuracy of your report.
